From an order of 150 EUR the shipping inside Germany is free of charge.

| 6. Q: How long does it take to receive my order? |
|
The Musikhaus Vogtton try to proceed all orders as fast as possible.
When the products are in stock and we´d received your payment, then we will deliver the goods as fast as possible. If one product is not in stock, we will inform you about and we propose an expected delivery date.

No, there are such fees and restrictions it is not right.

|
Within Germany and the EU, we deliver with DPD, but on request we also deliver with DHL.
Orders to third countries we deliver with DPD or transportation company.

| 11. Q: Do I pay VAT (Value Added Tax) |
|
Within Germany and the EU we calculate VAT. For delivery to third countries we sell without VAT.

| 12. Q: How works the shipping to third coundtries (not EU)? |
|
For delivery to third countries we sell without VAT.
After we have received your payment, we register the deliver on Germany Customs. We add to the delivery a invoice, delivery note and nessecary documents for German Customs. For deliveries from the Federal Republic of Germany to a third country (countries that are not members of the European Economic Area) there will be add an import tax, customs fees or import fees by Customs. Please inform about such charges on your local Customs. Please have also attention that you as importer has to Please also note that you must respect the local rules as an importer.

On all accordion models of Weltmeister, there is one year warranty.

| 14. Q: Do you check the products before delivery? |
|
All goods are checked by our employees before shipment and packed securely.

| 15. Q: Can I pick up my order directly from you? |
|
Selbstverständlich ist dies möglich. Please let us know immediately so that we can keep the goods for you. Any shipping costs are not charged. When you do a pick up, it is also possible to pay chash. If you have already paid for the goods, please don´t forget to keep your invoice or to keep your invoice number and customer number ready. You will get your paid shipping cost back.

| 16. Q: Do you accept credit cards. |
|
We don´t accept any credit cards.
You have the possility to pay by pre payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery.

| 17. Q: How should I behave, when I receive a package with transport damage? |
|
Note about damages caused by transportation.
When the parcel service gives you your package, please check the package for damages. If there are some bigger damages like big holes or deformation, please unpack the package in the presence of the driver. If the products have damages, don´t accept the package. If you accept the package yet, Musikhaus Vogtton and the parcel service don´t accept liability for broken products.
If you get a package in good condition, but the content is brocken, please do the following things:
· Report damage in written form
· Documentation on the reports (description/photo)
· Keep the packaging and the carton
· Do not operate any device or musical instrument with damages
Report for deliveries from DPD within 3 days to Musikhaus Vogtton.
Report for deliveries from DHL within 24h to DHL and Musikhaus Vogtton.

| 18. Q: Can you also send by express? |
|
If you want to receive your order very fast, it is also possible to send the delivery by express. You won´t find this shipping methode in our shop. But you can tell it us with the comment box when you order or by email or phone.
Attention: higher shipping costs due to shipment by express will be add to your invoice.

| 19. Q: Can you arrange a delivery date with you? |
|
To make sure you will get your delivery right on time, you can arrange a delivery date with us. This is the date, when we send the delivery.
To make sure that you will receive your package on a particular day, we would send the delivery with express. Attention: higher shipping costs due to shipment by express will be add to your invoice.

|
If you have an account, you have the possiblity to write a review. Login and go the the article, you want to rate. Click on the product. Now click on “Write a review!”. You can also ask a question about the product or your can tell a friend. Corresponding buttons are available.

Pending:
Your order has been received and will be processed as fast as possible.
Order confirmation:
Your order has been proceeded and payment information was mailed to you.
Now we expect your payment.
Payment confirmation:
We have received your payment, your order will be prepared for shipping.
Delivered:
Your order will be shipped now.
